Job description

Our partner is a Unicorn who helps organisations test and improve their security posture. The company's platform uses automated security validation to identify and remediate security gaps. They have won numerous awards across the industry. They are looking for a Solutions Architect to join the team. The Solutions Architect will be responsible for working with customers to deploy and use the platform. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in penetration testing or red team operations. They will also have a deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts and be able to explain technical details to customers with different levels of expertise.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding and professional knowledge of the platform and how it can be used to improve the security of customer networks
  • Design and implement deployment solutions for the platform in complex environments
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest security trends, threats, and attack techniques in order to improve the platform and provide better remediation guidance to customers
  • Lead technical deep-dive sessions with cybersecurity experts to guide them through better penetration testing procedures and remediation/defence decisions
  • Maintain customer loyalty by providing product education and identifying service expansion opportunities to drive increased revenue.
  • Interface with different internal departments to improve skills, knowledge, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Pay attention to support requests to identify recurring issues and recommend changes to the platform
  • Be flexible and adaptable to a changing work environment in a fast-paced startup
Requirements:
  • Minimum of  3-5 years of experience in penetration testing, red teaming, or a related field
  • A deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts and best practices
  • Scripting capabilities in Python, bash, PowerShell, or other languages
  • The ability to explain technical details and requirements to customers with different levels of expertise
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting, monitoring, and managing TCP/IP networks
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • A friendly and positive attitude
  • Fluent English (written and verbal)
  • A CISSP, OSCP, or equivalent certification is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel periodically based on customer and business needs
