Trident Search are working with a leading security reseller who are seeking a talented and experienced Solutions Architect to join the new arm of their sales team. The company offers innovative solutions designed to help organisations stay ahead of evolving security threats. They take pride in their technical expertise and collaborative approach, working closely with clients to deliver effective security solutions.

The Role
This role provides a unique opportunity to leverage your technical skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will play a pivotal role in the entire sales cycle, supporting the sales team by leading technical discussions, demonstrations, and workshops. You will also have the chance to contribute to large projects, working closely with the CTO.
You will be part of the new team specialising in selling their partners innovative IoT/OT security solutions, specifically selling into the healthcare vertical.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute all technical sales activities, supporting the sales person throughout the entire sales cycle.
• Assist with pre-sales activities like technical qualification, discovery meetings, and identifying customer needs.
• Deliver product demonstrations, both in-person and virtually, showcasing how security solutions can address business challenges.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Lead workshops and participate in customer events, panels, and discussions.
• Provide technical expertise during the RFP response process.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding technical implementation.
