Trident Search have partnered with a cyber security vendor who are covering the globe and are expanding across the board right now. We are looking to hire a Head of Internal Communications who will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive internal communications strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives. You will create and manage a variety of content across multiple channels, fostering a unified information flow and a strong sense of community.

- Develop and implement an internal communications strategy, crafting communication plans to reach all employee levels. You will also analyse the effectiveness of communication efforts and make data-driven improvements
- Help build and reinforce a positive company culture that encourages professional growth and fosters employee potential. This includes organising events, competitions, and initiatives that educate employees on company values
- Craft compelling and informative content for various internal channels, including newsletters, intranet, and company-wide announcements. You will also manage and curate content to ensure its relevance and effectiveness
- Develop and implement a plan for regular employee events, fostering a sense of connection and team spirit. You will also organise corporate events of a training, social, and entertainment nature
- Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, morale, and a sense of belonging. This includes establishing effective communication channels for remote teams and developing a comprehensive feedback culture program
- Support communication efforts during periods of change, ensuring employees are informed and engaged throughout the process
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's internal brand, ensuring consistent messaging across all communication channels
- 5+ years of experience in internal communications
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in content creation and event planning
- A passion for building a positive and engaging company culture
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
