​As a senior member of Cyber Vendor team, Max specialises in headhunting the best candidates from both the Data Science and Software Development markets for roles across all key global markets. Having worked in recruitment for five years, he brings a wealth of expertise to the Trident team.

Max finds nothing more fulfilling than finding a candidate their dream job and a client their perfect new employee. He believes the most important aspects of the recruitment process are trust, market knowledge and building strong relationships with all parties.

Outside of work, Max is an avid football fan. He’s also been trying to get into golf this year (somewhat unsuccessfully) and enjoys the occasional music concert.
