Trident Search have been retained to help build out an executive team for one of our clients. This is a confidential search, so limited information about the business is in this description. This client is looking for a Chief Technology Officer to help them capitalise on the foundations that have been laid over the last 12 months and to help create drive key business decisions and taking the business and their cyber offering to the next level.
  
This individual should be looking at working on this project for the next 3-5 years as the business wants to make sure they build a strong offering for clients and do not believe in rushing this service. Travel once a week into their London offices is required, as well as travel to UK client sites.

Value Proposition: Curate the end-to-end VP across all offerings – creating relevant client journeys that translate to compelling service offerings underpinned by the artefacts, processes, messaging and technology strategy to bring them to life. Evangelise to clients and staff to bring the VP to life – working closely with the sales function to develop go-to- market messaging and thought leadership.
  
Innovation: Drive innovation by identifying emerging tools, technologies and approaches, evaluating their potential impact, and recommending adoption strategies that are relevant, timely and commercially viable.
  
Product Development: Working hand-in-glove with the leaders of the relevant delivery functions oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle including through-life enhancements.
  
Vendor Management: Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and industry experts to enhance technological capabilities and stay ahead of the cybersecurity curve.
  
Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of the relevant cybersecurity regulatory environments and ensure the value proposition is appropriately aligned.
  
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company's overall objectives. Provide visionary leadership to the team and the wider business, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and client satisfaction.
