The Role:
As a Regional Sales Director (US), you'll be a key driver of the expansion strategy. You'll leverage your proven sales experience, to spearhead entry into the US market. You'll have complete ownership of the sales cycle, from identifying leads to closing deals. A passion for cybersecurity and deep industry knowledge are essential for success.

Responsibilities:
  • Pipeline Development: Build relationships with potential customers through various outreach methods and engage with new prospects regularly to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with marketing to craft compelling messaging and work with internal teams to drive sales growth. Manage both outbound prospecting and inbound lead nurturing.
  • Research & Personalisation: Identify key decision-makers within target accounts and tailor your approach to resonate with their specific needs.
  • Sales Execution: Present platform effectively, highlighting the value proposition, and engage with C-level executives.
  • Account Management: Develop strong relationships with key business units and stakeholders, employing a consultative approach to understand their needs and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Quota Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while adhering to company values and goals.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in lead generation and sales, specifically focusing on SaaS solutions in cybersecurity.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas with minimal customer churn.
  • Adaptability to real-time feedback during sales conversations.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
