SVP, Sales
We are working with the world leader in Offensive Security to search for the SVP Sales, USA. Your role is pivotal in leading the sales functions, driving growth and working with the C-Suite to achieve business objectives.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will lead all consultative and solution-based Sales and GTM organizations, shaping the direction and spearheading efforts to expand USA market presence. In addition to overseeing Sales, you'll guide the Sales Enablement, Solution Architect, and Partnerships teams, while also partnering with RevOps and Marketing.
Your responsibilities will include;
  • Sales: Developing comprehensive sales plans and setting ambitious yet achievable sales targets aligned with company goals. You'll provide leadership to our Sales executives, empowering them to excel and exceed expectations.
  • Sales Enablement: Equipping the Sales team with the knowledge, skills, content, and tools necessary to engage customers effectively throughout the sales process.
  • Solution Architects: Collaborating with the CEO to align Solution Architects with our GTM strategy, ensuring seamless integration into the sales process. Together with the Sales team, you'll identify client needs and provide appropriate solutions, delivering value to customers.
  • Partnerships: Working with the CEO to identify strategic partnerships aligned with the GTM strategy. You'll drive revenue growth and expand market reach by building and fostering partnership relationships. Additionally, you'll ensure the Sales team knows how to leverage partnerships effectively.
You will collaborate closely with;
  • Marketing: Align sales and marketing efforts, ensuring cohesive messaging and coordinated campaigns that resonate with the target audience. By working together to maximize the market impact and drive awareness and demand for the company solutions.
  • RevOps: Streamlining sales processes, optimize performance metrics, and leverage data insights for informed decision-making. By fostering collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and RevOps, you'll ensure alignment of sales strategies with broader business goals, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.

  • Partnership with CEO – more execution focused. Set Strategic Direction: Develop and articulate the strategic vision for the sales organization, aligning sales efforts with company objectives and market trends.
  • Provide Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sales executives, providing guidance, support, and motivation to drive performance excellence and foster a culture of success.
  • Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with other senior leaders and departments, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and synergy across the organization.
  • Drive Customer Relationships: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients and strategic partners, leveraging these relationships to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Monitor Market Trends: Stay informed about market dynamics, industry trends, and competitor activities, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Lead by Example: Lead by example, demonstrating integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of sales and GTM leadership.
  • Proven Professional Services Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success in leading and motivating high-performing consultative and solution-based sales teams to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Professional Services Sales Expertise: Extensive experience in professional service sales, with a track record of success in consultative selling, solution selling, and enterprise sales methodologies.
  • Collaborative Approach: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
