Head of Sales – Middle East
  
Trident Search has partnered with a growing cybersecurity organisation that is based in the UAE & UK. We are looking for a proven, tactical, and strategic Head of Sales to be based in our Dubai office. You will be responsible for sales opportunities for our client’s services and solutions within a defined list of accounts, and partners. You will also be expected to penetrate prospect target accounts for new business as well as establish and work with partners in the territory. Specifically, this position is responsible for assessing opportunities, developing account plans, contract negotiations, and post-sales account management of the assigned accounts.  You will also lead and develop a team of Direct Sales Managers and Channel Sales Managers.

Job Description
The successful Head of Sales is expected to oversee the Direct Sales and Channel Sales teams and manage the process of lead generation, account planning, and new account development and/or expanding existing accounts. Further, the Head of Sales is expected to sell the entire portfolio of services and solutions and must effectively represent the company’s suite of services using technical, organizational and customer knowledge to influence customers and assist them in applying the services to their needs, resulting in revenue
generation.

Candidates must have an MSSP background with extensive experience in selling services and solutions and not products.

Responsibilities:
  • Personally oversee and be the primary point-of-contact for named Strategic client and partner accounts
  • Work with the team of Direct and Channel resources to develop and prepare an actionable strategic sales plan, including short and long-term goals and actions for each strategic account and associated requirements for team members throughout the sales cycle
  • Participate in contract negotiations aligned with their financial objectives while delivering value-added services to meet customer requirements
  • Maintain awareness and status of all key contractual obligations within an assigned list of accounts, facilitating customer meetings and communications regarding deliverables where necessary
  • Supporting direct reports by participating and leading in client and prospect meetings within assigned regions
  • Ongoing mentoring and development of their technologies sales team which includes recruiting, hiring, and training
  • Conducting weekly sales forecast meetings
  • Coach direct reports regarding strategies to drive closure
  • Reporting on sales activity and forecast to senior leadership
  • Consistently monitoring the sales activity of the team, and tracking the results
  • Responsible for quarterly & annual revenue targets
