Job description

Trident Search has partnered with a leading MSSP, based in the Middle-East, for a confident and experienced Pre-Sales Consultant.

In this Pre-Sales role, you will be involved in conducting market intelligence to analyse potential customers' businesses, technological backgrounds, and digital requirements. The goal is to identify the company offerings that meet these digital needs and customize them accordingly. This role also includes studying the latest digital trends in the market and creating a value proposition for the company's digital products and solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Strategic:
  1. Identify the customer’s digital business requirements, choose the company's digital offering and customize it to satisfy the customer’s requirement
  2. Articulate company Digital value proposition to all the potential customers.
  3. Build relationships with OEM for technical support and knowledge sharing
  4. Develop a strategy blueprint for market share growth, operational efficiencies and resource optimization
  5. Establish a financial strategy focusing on Profitability, Recoveries and optimal Cost Management for the assigned business verticals.
  6. Create a value proposition for company digital Products & Solutions across verticals by architecting solutions, deal structuring and strategic consulting.
  7. Segment and position the digital products and solutions across verticals.
Operational:
  1. Create of solution design document, BOQ, SOW and proactive proposal responses
  2. Handle existing customers and upsell solutions by demonstrating value to the customers
  3. Frame a Strategic price in the competitive markets.
  4. Continuous prudent management of the resources within the approved budget guidelines.
  5. Analyse the customer’s business, applications, and needs and convert the business needs into viable technical solutions offered by the company.
  6. Keep track of Market Trends & achieve market share metrics.
  7. Work with cross-functional teams to utilize new business opportunities.
People Management
  1. Ensure the support unit culture is aligned with the overall culture and way of working of the organization Career Planning & Development
  2. Guiding, mentoring, and supporting cross-functional teams to ensure a customer-centric attitude Employee Engagement
  3. Generate enthusiasm, buy-in, and create enthusiasm for cross-functional team objectives
Experience:
  • Over 8 years of experience in business and technology consulting, including presales, SI/customer/partner relationship management, strategic tie-ups, and marketing, preferably with a major system integrator or technology provider.
  • Prior relevant presales experience in business applications within technology consulting or technology companies across the sector.
  • Application Development and Management (custom applications development, cloud-native solution, application modernization, cloud migration, low-code development platforms, Mobile applications) development
Technical Experience:
  • Strong understanding of the software development life cycle, encompassing analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation. This includes expertise in cloud-native applications, non-cloud-native applications, low-code/no-code applications, system integration, and azure applications implementation.
  • Proficiency in application testing services, covering functional testing (unit testing, integration testing, system testing, acceptance testing, agile/DevOps testing), cloud testing, IoT/data and analytics testing, performance testing, usability testing, compatibility testing, package testing, and test automation. Presales experience in these domains is essential.
  • Expertise in Microsoft technologies (.Net & SharePoint), J2EE development (Oracle ADF, IBM, Oracle JSF), mobile development (Angular, REACT), and business process management (Oracle, IBM).
