We are working with a leading provider of cyber security services, having established themselves as a one-stop shop for their customers. They offer a range of services to fill their client’s security needs. Their services range from XDR to delivering a SOC/NOC, as well as other security services to supplement or replace their client's existing operations.

Seeking:
They are looking for a Partner Account Manager to join their growing team. As a key member of their sales function, you will drive business growth through their partner agreements.
  
You will be responsible for building a high growth plan which you will execute in order to develop revenue generating opportunities from these partner relationships. Within this role you will be reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer.
  
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing partner relationships within the cyber security market.
  
Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong relationships with partner accounts to secure leads and add value to client engagements.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to identify areas of business growth.
  • Work with partners to build joint go-to-market plans (sales enablement, lead generation and promotional activities).
  • Provide training and support to partners, ensuring their understanding of their companies comprehensive range of services.
  • Monitor partner account activity, track sales performance, and prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Work with internal teams including marketing and technical support to ensure seamless partner engagement and support.
  • Quickly developed trusted relationships within target organisations and use these to hunt out leads and develop these into opportunities which the company are well placed to deliver.
  • Assist in partner recruitment efforts, identifying and evaluating potential new partners.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to build relationships with potential partners.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions, providing insights and recommendations to partners.
  
Requirements:
  • Track record of partnering arrangements within the cyber security market.
  • Proven experience in selling both managed services and professional services/consulting.
  • Experience navigating through large complex deal cycles.
  • Ability to work with all levels, both internally and externally to get the best out of people.
  • Experience in presenting high quality, professional proposals, client facing documentation and presentations to senior audiences.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand client challenges and build acceptable propositions to help solve those.
