Head of Penetration Testing - Remote 
 
Trident has partnered with a leading MSSP in London, who are seeking a Head of Penetration Testing to lead the function. You will be a key part ensuring that daily objectives are hit, improving service delivery & offerings, mentoring, and overall progression of the penetration function.
 
The ideal candidate would be seasoned penetration tester who is responsible for a team currently or who is ready to step up. This role is going to be a mix of management and hands on testing, evenly distributed.
 
Essential

• 5+ years’ experience in a penetration testing role.
• CHECK Team Lead Status. (INF/Web App – Or both)
• Track record of providing technical support to testers, especially during complex engagements, managing competing priorities, sharing knowledge and supporting team members under pressure.
• Experience as a point of escalation for client issues, resolving challenges effectively.
• Recognised certifications such as CREST Registered Penetration Tester (CRT), Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) and Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) Certification.

Desirable

• Experience with cloud and container technologies like AWS, Azure, and Kubernetes
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
• Certified vendor certifications from major providers like Microsoft (MCP) or Cisco (CCNA Security).
