Trident Search is on the hunt for a passionate and motivated Customer Success Manager to join the ranks of company who are revolutionizing enterprise technology with their exceptional Saas product.

You will use your talents as a Customer Success Manager to help tech teams hoist their business processes.
  
Responsibilities:   
  • Manage a specific book of accounts and maintain customer retention, productivity and customer satisfaction with the product.
  • Complete business reviews for all accounts, focusing on building trusted relationships with Leadership &  Executive Buyers.
  • Ensure customers are aware of new features and best practices to allow them optimal use of the product.
  • Create Customer Success Plans and collaborate with the Account Management Team to convert at-risk customers to champions.
  • Obtain customer feedback and identify areas of product improvement.
  • Collaborate with Support & Technical teams to ensure escalations are resolved as quickly as possible.
About you:
  • 3+ years in a similar Customer Success role.
  • Ideally having been part of a SaaS company in a previous role.
  • Experience in translating business needs into data & product requirements.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills.
  • Basic understanding of API’s/Web Services and how they function.
  • Strong knowledge of complex technology user workflows.
  • Fundamental understanding and basic triage ability of HTTP Error Messages.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel etc) and similar.
