They provide companies with a real-time Exposure Management platform and continuously map the digital footprint of organizations, discover risks, and prioritize remediation for security teams to harden their external attack surfaces.
The role
As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing their customer base and supporting company growth. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the overall success of our customers throughout their journey with the company. You will be instrumental in making sure customers are not just onboarded but actively engaged, adopting our cybersecurity solutions, and, most importantly, preventing churn.
  • Facilitating Customer Onboarding: Guarantee a seamless transition for new customers onto their platform.
  • Handling your own portfolio of accounts.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
  • Take actions on identified risks to prevent churn and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Continuously refine and enhance Customer Success Management processes and customer journey to optimize overall customer satisfaction and experience
  • 3+ years of CSM experience, selling SaaS solutions in the cybersecurity space.
  • Startup/ Scaleup experience
  • Must come from a strong IT background
  • Successful history in minimizing account churn
  • Experience with diverse customer types, including SMEs, enterprises, government entities, and sectors such as retail and finance
