Job description

We are currently looking for a suitable candidate to deliver our client’s Senior Manager’s vision to build infrastructure and tooling that enables the development of analytical content and increase information sharing between their members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform cyber threat intelligence analytical duties including monitoring the threat intelligence platform and OSINT related to IT and telecommunication cyber threats
  • Develop tools to facilitate effective processing of cyber threat related indicators and data
  • Produce high-quality analytical cyber reports to a range of stakeholders; members, internal GSMA staff and leadership team
  • Develop intelligence briefings that can be presented to team members
  • Collaborate with cyber threat analysts worldwide from other information sharing entities, including member’s of the cyber threat teams and threat sharing platform developers
  • Develop content for the clients Summit and other industry events
About You

You will be enthusiastic to make this specialised role in cyber threat intelligence analysis your own and join a small team with big ideas and results. Essential Qualifications/Experience

You will have;

  • Experience in extracting and analysing cyber security threat information from internal and public sources
  • Understanding of the Cyber Threat Intelligence cycle - desirable
  • Experience of using collaborative open source tools as part of your analysis and research processes
  • Understanding of mobile network security architecture
  • Knowledge of Information Threat Sharing platforms– desirable
  • Experience of using Python, or other Scripting languages
You will already have;

  • A strong analytical skillset
  • Awareness of current host, network vulnerabilities and exploits, computer network exploitation methodologies and tools
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with, and present technical work analysis to a broad stakeholder and customer base (including none-technical audience) through written reports and verbally
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a wider, virtual team
  • A multi-tasker and problem-solver, who can prioritise and produce work to a high standard with excellent attention to detail
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is essential
  • Ability to travel internationally
