Are you a technical evangelist who wants to consistently add value? We are working with a well known MSSP who are looking for a technical Pre-sales Solution Architect to join them.

They company are a value first organisation and always put their customers first. They are looking for someone who understands a variety of MDR offerings and someone who can package up technical solutions for clients.
The client requires travel to UK client sites and travel once a week to their London HQ.

The Role:
Solution Architecture:
  • Lead the creation and development of customized cybersecurity solutions based on client requirements.
  • Ensure solutions are in line with the client’s business objectives and technical environment.
  • Develop detailed technical architectures and integration strategies.
  
Business and Commercial Acumen:
  • Understand clients’ business models and commercial objectives.
  • Craft value propositions that highlight the business advantages of proposed solutions.
  • Support the development of pricing strategies and commercial proposals.
  
Client Engagement:
  • Act as a senior advisor to clients, building trust and long-term relationships.
  • Deliver high-level technical and business presentations and workshops for clients and stakeholders.
  • Lead technical discussions and negotiations with clients.
  
Collaboration and Leadership:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the feasibility of solutions and alignment with company capabilities.
  • Mentor and guide junior presales engineers and technical staff.
  • Provide feedback to product development teams based on client needs and market trends.
  
Technical Expertise:
  • Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, technologies, and industry standards.
  • Conduct technical assessments, proof-of-concepts, and solution validations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support throughout the sales process.
  
Required Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years in a presales, solution architect, or similar role within the cybersecurity industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and solutions (e.g., network security, endpoint protection, SIEM, cloud security).
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align technical solutions with business goals.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven experience in designing and articulating complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, TOGAF) are highly desirable.
