As the SVP of Marketing, reporting to the CEO, you will drive revenue, enhance brand presence, and lead market growth strategies for a rapidly growing series B cyber vendor. Collaborating across teams, you'll ensure the company’s continued success and growth while fostering a high-performing, collaborative, and innovative culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Leadership:
Develop and execute data-driven strategies to boost brand awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement.
Oversee marketing operations, including systems and workflows (e.g., HubSpot), ensuring efficiency and alignment with business objectives.
Branding & Positioning:
Act as a brand steward, ensuring consistent messaging and differentiation.
Increase brand equity and build emotional connections with customers and partners.
Demand Generation:
Implement multi-channel campaigns to drive pipeline growth and customer loyalty.
Align closely with sales and business development teams for outbound campaigns and customer advocacy initiatives.
Partnership Marketing:
Build partner-focused marketing programs to expand demand and strengthen alliances.
Product Marketing & Market Expansion:
Lead go-to-market strategies for new products and international growth efforts.
Content Strategy:
Craft a content roadmap to position the company as an industry thought leader, optimizing organic and inbound marketing efforts.
Customer Engagement Events:
Plan and execute marquee customer events, fostering loyalty and showcasing innovations.
Team Leadership:
Cultivate a high-performing marketing team, focusing on mentorship, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Success Metrics:
Revenue growth (ARR/MRR), pipeline velocity, and lead quality (MQL/SQL conversion).
Brand awareness and engagement.
Operational efficiency (CAC/marketing spend effectiveness).
Team development (eNPS, retention, and growth).
Qualifications:
Experience: 15+ years in marketing leadership, especially in B2B SaaS, with expertise in demand generation, branding, and product marketing.
Skills: Proven track record in scaling marketing at growth-stage companies, deep understanding of SaaS metrics (CAC, NRR), and advanced HubSpot expertise.
Education: Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
Tools & Technology:
Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other marketing platforms to optimize performance.
Compensation:
Base Salary: $250K–$275K + variable compensation.
Equity: Generous equity package.
Remote: Fully remote within the USA.

VP of Private Equity Advisory
Must be located in the Tri-State region or New England area
Base: $200k-$240k plus bonus and benefits.
The ideal candidate should be proactive in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and capable of creating their own opportunities. Able to leverage existing PE relationships to generate business and drive growth.
Responsibilities:
- Sell and provide cybersecurity advisory services to private equity firms
- Assess and articulate cybersecurity risk as part of investment due diligence
- Provide opinion/subject matter expertise in cybersecurity.
About you:
- Must have hands-on experience running technology and cybersecurity due diligence engagements specifically for private equity (PE) firms.
- Strong capability and enthusiasm for business development are essential.
- Must possess a network of existing relationships with private equity firms.
- Ability and desire to work as a mentor to clients

We represent an international cybersecurity service and product provider growing its LATAM presence in Santiago.
After winning many clients in the region we are hiring a technically sound Threat Intelligence Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
Using open-source intelligence techniques and tools
Profile and analyze threat entities, aiming to understand their objectives, techniques, and approaches. Identify critical risks and provide strategic insights to clients, enhancing data with comprehensive background information.
Engage in confidential communication with relevant parties to gather insights on potential threats and ongoing security incidents.
Compile intelligence briefs with detailed analyses, leveraging available research tools.
Assist in report creation, contributing to extensive cybersecurity assessments.
Collaborate in incident response or investigative efforts with other team members as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience using OSINT tools and techniques
Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory
Strong knowledge of cyber concepts and frameworks
Experience working for an international company
