Trident Search are working with a high growth, European cyber security start up. After a successful funding round recently, they are hiring a seasoned Product Marketeer to spearhead the product marketing function. 

As a leader of the product marketing function, you will work collaboratively across the business to bring vision and structure. Your role involves developing clear positioning frameworks and persuasive product messaging that resonates with target audiences. You will follow a persona-driven approach to identify needs and understand the pain points of the ideal customer profile (ICP). Over time, you will build a small, high-performing team, providing mentorship and opportunities for professional growth. 

  • Develop marketing assets with design and project management teams
  • Create sales enablement tools and training resources
  • Plan, write, and edit diverse content types, maintaining a consistent brand voice
  • Develop presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders
  • Drive thought leadership initiatives and unique content for prospects
  • Identify and address content gaps in the sales cycle
  • Translate technicalities into clear customer value
  • Collaborate on go-to-market strategies for new offerings
  • Manage a content calendar, focusing on product development and innovation
  • Create and scale case study and testimonial content
  • Capture success metrics and drive NPS, Peer-scoring, and C-Sat scores

Job Requirements:
  • 5+ years in product/content marketing for B2B cyber companies, ideally targeting SMEs
  • Experience in a fast-moving tech start-up/scale-up environment
  • Expertise in XDR/MDR content and product marketing
  • Ability to simplify technical information
  • Creative and original in a crowded market
  • Proficient in English or German; Dutch is a plus
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong project management abilities, meeting deadlines and managing priorities
  • Understanding of sales enablement tools and strategies
  • Success in developing content strategies driving business results
  • Positive, adaptable attitude with excellent interpersonal and writing skills
