Job description
Trident Search is working with a boutique cyber security consultancy to place a Senior Marketing Executive in the UK. You will be reporting into the Head of Sales & Marketing.
The consultancy operates predominantly across the healthcare, defence and software industries, and its team of highly experienced consultants work on a variety of exciting projects. This role will oversee the new website launching in a few months, responsible for content creation, data analytics and converting visitors into potential leads for the sales team. You will be responsible for building the brand and communicating to the market what sets this consultancy apart and the specialist service they offer.
Responsibilities
Support the creation and delivery of relevant and engaging content across digital channels (social media and our website)
Manage PPC and SEO performance and monitor social media channels, including sharing relevant news and updates
Reporting across all channels to optimise conversion rates and measure ROI of marketing activities and make suggestions for improvements. Including monitoring web metrics (Google analytics, Adwords)
Research and plan insightful thought leadership pieces in collaboration with our highly experienced consultants providing industry news and relevant events for our website
Develop and build on the company’s presence through the support of a new website project to position i3Secure in the best possible place within a competitive market
Support Head of Sales and Marketing in evolving content strategy
Generate ideas for new social media campaigns and email campaign themes within specific targeted industries
Delivering outbound marketing campaigns to prospective customers to support the sales team
Own post-campaign analysis and insights to continuously improve our approach and improve performance of paid social media campaigns, turning data into strategic decisions and insights
Research and apply for awards in the start-up, cybersecurity and infosec space to help the brand gain national and international recognition
Research and plan for relevant key industry events for our customers to build on the brand across the UK, including webinars, industry round table events, user conferences, and expos
Requirements
Proven marketing passion (ideally 2:1 or above in a relevant field, and 2-3 years’ working experience)
Exceptional communication skills and detail-oriented, both written, verbal and across all digital platforms
Excellent interpersonal skills when working collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team and wider Sales teams
Ability to effectively articulate the value of our business and product to multiple stakeholders, including at virtual and online events
Eager to explore and test innovative marketing tools, assess ROI and lead implementation
A data-driven individual who can measure success
Experience with email marketing campaign software
Driven to work independently and autonomously without direct supervision when given clear strategic direction
Highly adaptable, willing to step outside your comfort zone and take initiative on ad-hoc task to support the wider team and add value to the company
A results-driven individual constantly seeking to deliver excellent results, whilst embracing feedback
Natural curiosity to understand our technology and wider cyber security trends
