Job description

Trident Search are looking for a PR rockstar to join one of our global cyber security vendors team. You will spread the word about their awesome cybersecurity and anti-fraud solutions. If you love building relationships with journalists, crafting awesome stories, and keeping a finger on the pulse of the industry, this role will let you shine. You'll work closely with the marketing and sales teams to make sure their PR game is on point.
  • Develop and execute regional PR strategies. Collaborate with EU marketing and sales teams to align PR efforts with campaign launches, flagship events, and promotions
  • Craft and oversee content development, including white papers, industry reports, blog posts, case studies, and thought leadership articles addressing current trends, challenges, and solutions in cybersecurity and anti-fraud.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key European journalists, editors, and influencers in the tech and business sectors
  • Partner with and manage PR agencies across Europe to localize messaging, develop strategic pitches, and orchestrate regional press conferences.
  • Proactively manage communications for cybersecurity incidents, data breaches, or other sensitive situations.
  • Monitor media coverage, industry trends, and competitor activity. Leverage analytics to assess the effectiveness of PR initiatives and adapt strategies as necessary.
  • Proven experience in public relations, ideally with a focus on technology or cybersecurity
  • Strong understanding of the European media landscape and ability to localize communication strategies
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling and informative content
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers
  • Experience in crisis communications and managing sensitive situations.
  • Proficient in data analysis and utilizing metrics to measure the success of PR initiatives
