They are now looking to expand their GTM team with an Account Manager. Who will become a trusted advisor to their global clients, helping fuel the company's growth.

You'll wear many hats:
  • Tailor strategies to each client's unique needs, propelling them towards their aspirations
  • Become a reliable partner, proactively anticipating and resolving their concerns
  • Identify upsell opportunities to expand existing partnerships and maximize revenue
  • Bridge the gap between clients and internal teams, ensuring exceptional service throughout
  • Analyse information, craft compelling reports, and illuminate future possibilities
  • Partner with marketing to create targeted communication materials that keep clients informed and engaged

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in account management or similar customer-facing roles
  • Data analysis and reporting skills
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding targets
  • Degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and other relevant tools
