​Nick joins Trident Search as a Senior Consultant in the Cyber Defence team. Specialising in building professional services teams, he works with consultancies and MSSPs across the UK and EMEA.

With over four years of experience in cyber recruitment, he has helped numerous security and infosec candidates to land their dream jobs, and has guided some of the biggest names in the industry to develop workforce solutions and access top talent pools. Nick is passionate about facilitating the growth of the cyber sector.

In his spare time, he is an avid mountaineer and is currently half-way through hiking all 214 mountains in the Lake District, as well as preparing for a trek to Everest Base Camp in May 2025.
