This week we're speaking with Silas Bartlett, Head of Security Intelligence & Testing at NatWest Group. Silas spent the first 12 years of his career in the British Army.
Since leaving the Army in 2007, he has worked in Resilience at
UBS and then at RBS, rising to Global Head in 2012. In early 2014
Silas moved over to Security, leading a large operational team
covering Information Security, Fraud and Payments, Physical
Security, Exec Protection and Security Investigations. Silas now
heads up the Threat Intelligence function and looks after Security
Testing for NatWest Group, which works across the full range of
security threats to the bank – Cyber, Fraud and Physical – to
identify and mitigate potentially harmful activity.
