I'm working with an up and coming cyber security vendor who provide companies with a real-time Exposure Management platform from a hacker's perspective.
After a heavy round of funding recently, they are expanding their marketing function to improve brand awareness and boost lead generation. Now hiring for a Field Marketing Manager based in The Netherlands.
Role:
As a Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of field marketing campaigns, from ideation to execution and implementation. You will work closely with the marketing and sales team to generate leads and nurture opportunities for upselling. Your goal is to drive brand awareness through engaging face-to-face interactions with customers at various locations.
Responsibilities:
Conduct preliminary research to identify opportunities and plan and execute field marketing campaigns that align with the company's business goals and objectives
Develop a strong lead pipeline through field marketing strategies
Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, managing event logistics, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure successful execution
Share leads and customer insights with the sales team to drive revenue growth and enhance customer relationships
Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively communicate their value to potential customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners and venues to ensure the success of marketing events
Keep a close eye on industry trends and competitor activities to adapt and refine field marketing strategies
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
5+ years in Field Marketing or a similar role, with a focus on selling B2B solutions
Skills:
Strong analytical skills
Experience with market research tools and methodologies
Creativity, problem-solving ability, project management and organisational skills
Proficiency in business software, CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation tools
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders
