​As Finance Manager at Trident Search, Steve supports our growth with strategic and commercial reporting to enhance business decision making.

With over 11 years of experience in financial operations across the financial services, estate agency and printing sectors, this is Steve’s first role in recruitment – a challenge he’s excited to take on! His keen interest in data-driven intelligence makes him the perfect person to drive the business forward as we move into a new stage of growth.

Outside of work, Steve is a keen sportsman, and you’ll likely find him running or training for triathlons. Otherwise, he is equally partial to finding good coffee and cake spots with his other half.
