Having joined Trident Search as employee number one, Sean has since built and now leads our Cyber Vendor team across EMEA. With extensive experience in the cyber search space, he is passionate about helping innovative vendors build and scale high-performing teams.
Working with some of the most exciting cyber security vendors and investors in the market, he supports our clients by understanding their unique requirements and sourcing the best talent in the industry. Sean specialises in assisting Pre-IPO vendors to build their Go-To Market and R&D teams, with a key focus on recruiting leadership positions across EMEA.
He believes in providing the very best candidate and client experience. With a love of helping people and a wealth of industry knowledge, he goes above and beyond; not just recruiting top-quality candidates but advising clients on the challenges faced when scaling commercial teams and the trends evident in the market.
Most of his time outside of work is spent on adventures with his young family. If not, he can be found training in his local gym or watching Arsenal play.
