Having joined Trident Search as employee number one, Sean has since built and now leads our Cyber Vendor team. With extensive experience in the cyber recruitment market, he is passionate about helping innovative vendors build and scale high-performing go-to market teams.

Working with some of the fastest growing and most disruptive security vendors, he has a proven track record of working in partnership with clients to understand their unique requirements and source the best talent in the industry. Sean specialises in assisting Pre-Series B start-ups to build their go-to market and product teams, with a key focus on recruiting senior and leadership roles across the US, UK and EMEA markets.

He believes in providing the very best candidate and client experience. With a love of helping people and a wealth of industry knowledge, he goes above and beyond; not just recruiting top-quality candidates but advising clients on the challenges faced when scaling commercial teams and the trends evident in the market.

In his free time, he loves boxing and football (he’s a huge Arsenal fan!) or spending time with his two cheeky children, George and Rosie.
