​Matt has been active in the US recruitment market for five years, sourcing the best cyber talent for clients across North America. He brings that expertise to Trident Search, where he’ll be supporting the build-out of our US desk, focusing on recruiting defensive cyber talent for some of the fastest growing and most disruptive companies in cyber security.

With a proven track record of helping a range of clients, from early-stage start-ups to large-scale enterprise organisations, with their hiring needs and challenges, Matt has developed excellent skills in sales, executive search, and contracting, as well as a deep understanding of the cyber security market. He is passionate about building long-term relationships with both candidates and clients and delivering high-quality services and results.
