The Company
This UK based specialist cyber security consultancy are scaling up there team with several hires at the moment as a result of their expansion. Since 2018, this experienced team of professionals have supported clients throughout the UK, Europe, South East Asia, North America and South Africa. Now, they're in need of you to join them as a Penetration Tester.
  
Responsibilities
  

• Conduct comprehensive penetration testing and vulnerability research on proprietary software and hardware.
• Evaluate and mitigate vulnerabilities within systems and applications, using manual and automated testing
• Consulting with clients and working as a team on a range as engagements
• Perform penetration tests, vulnerability assessments, and security audits to identify potential weaknesses and threats. Provide findings with remediation actions.
• Provide well-written and concise technical & non-technical reports

  
Requirements
  

• Proficiency in operating systems and networks like Linux, Windows, and Active Directory.
• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or C++.
• Extensive experience in mobile app, web app, and infrastructure penetration testing.
• Familiarity with cloud assessment, phishing attacks, and breach simulations.
• In-depth knowledge of web application security and security tools.

  
This role requires a UK citizen as you will be working on public sector projects that require the ability to gain SC.
