Director – Threat Intelligence
Josh spent 6 years serving with the Royal Marines, before re-training as a Cisco Network Engineer. He has spent the last 5 years in the recruitment industry building high performing sales teams in very niche technology areas.
Always challenging himself to be technically adept and immersed in his market, Josh recently sat and passed the CREST Threat Intelligence certification. His passion is bringing the UK and EMEA Threat Intelligence Community together and highlighting the benefits of having Intelligence experts in your organisation.
Director – SOC
Charlee spent 7 years in the Royal Navy as a Submariner, where he quickly learnt that he is at his best when helping other people. He strives to bring the finest consultancy service to those in Security Operations. His work includes building Managed Security Operation Centres for MSSPs and capability building for Enterprise organisations.
Charlee is a huge advocate of mental health, especially within the veteran community.
Senior Consultant - DFIR
Sean has spent 4 years successfully recruiting cyber security talent, he has found his passion by helping exciting start-ups, vendors and MSSP's build high performing sales teams across the UK and EMEA. For Sean, recruiting in cyber security is so different from other industries, he loves that the people in the industry are not only extremely passionate about what they do but are also very talented.
This is reflected in Sean's work, where he makes it his business to support companies hire the best and most affective salespeople in the market.
Occasionally, he does step away from the day job! You can often find him playing golf (very badly) and spending time with his family.
Consultant - SOC
Ryan has been working within the IT service centre industry for the past 5 years; during this time he has expanded his knowledge in cyber security, Networking and Infrastructure. Ryan utilises his experience closing out tickets, dealing with escalations and adhering tight SLA's to deliver an unrivaled consulting service to the security operations space. Ryan is also CompTIA Network+ certified.
He is a keen sports man, follows Arsenal FC and has quickly taken the mantel for best golfer at Trident Search. His competitive nature helps him to excel in the recruitment industry.
Consultant – Contracts
The past few years have seen Jade building specialist IT project delivery teams for global enterprise organisations, across the UK and EMEA.
Prior to recruitment, Jade spent 4 years working in the hospitality sector, providing first class customer service whilst travelling the world.
What stands Jade out in the contract market, is her extensive network of talent and the ability to deliver interim resource on request.
She believes tea can solve all your problems, when's she's not in the office you can find her eating her way round London's restaurants or watching Leeds lose football.
Consultant – CTI
Phoebe has spent the past 5 years as a Project Manager, working across a variety of sectors including healthcare, design and consumer technology. During this time she learnt that she thrives when directly engaging with a client, building long lasting relationships and over-delivering on a brief. With every project she manages she always endeavours to ensure a smooth work process for all parties.
Now operating in the Cyber Threat Intelligence space, Phoebe supports Analysts through to Leadership secure positions at global vendors and specialist providers.
Outside of work Phoebe is a keen baker, often sharing her creations with her colleagues, and has a penchant for true crime.
An experienced business owner and leader, Karla has experience running businesses in recruitment, ecommerce and cybersecurity. With an international network in cybersecurity, Karla is passionate about values-led leadership and people development.
Karla founded the international recruitment business, BeecherMadden in 2010 before overseeing the acquisition by Nicoll Curtin. As a Director for Nicoll Curtin, she expanded the company further before moving to the US to accelerate growth of the American business. In 2020 she joined Orpheus Cyber as COO. Orpheus are a threat intelligence company with a SAAS platform that helps organisations manage their own risk, and that of their third parties, with an easy to understand cyber risk score.
Karla is a judge for The Cyber Security Awards, The National Cyber Awards and The American Cyber Awards. She is the host of industry interviews on the Cyber Talks media platform and the Zero Hour Podcast. She is also an experienced speaker, on the topic of cyber security and women in technology. Her views are often sought and published on this subject, as well as entrepreneurship.
Karla was included in SC Magazine’s Top 50 Women in Security in 2019. She was a finalist at the Women of the Future awards in 2016, for Entrepreneur of the Year and a finalist in The Future Ladies Awards for Mentor of the Year in 2019. Under her leadership, BeecherMadden have won the Cyber Security Recruitment Company of the Year in 2019, and been shortlisted for a number of awards for their recruitment services.
