Preferred Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or equivalent
The information Security officer will ensure the organisations central functions of are within the defined security risk appetite, by aligning business as usual and change efforts with governance and control frameworks.
Information security officers are the main point of contact for business units on security. Co-ordinating engagement and security risk management with IT, security and testing, internal risk and audit teams. The information security officer will be a trusted advisor for the CIO, and other business leaders, alongside providing expertise and awareness between the security team and central business units.

You will be responsible for the management, response and/or escalation of security incidents received from the CSOC Analysts. You will need to ensure that regular reviews are conducted and prioritize incidents, review the severity and classification of work for the security incidents in progress.

You will be working in a highly skilled and experienced team, conducting primary research on financially motivated threat actors, to collect threat information and intelligence relevant to clients and produce high quality reports.
The Job:• Collecting, analysing, assessing, producing, and disseminating informed and accurate reporting, providing actionable insight into the threat landscape.
• Information will also be fused with other non-cyber information where possible, providing actionable and relevant insight into a given event or incident.

You will be working closely with the InfoSec team to help them implement relevant practices and frameworks. You will be seen as the SME for risk modelling for our client.
