About the Role:

The Cyber Security Engineer that will be joining our client’s team will provide day-to-day delivery of technical enablers of cyber security solutions, with the primary focus on services related to SIEM solutions. You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of cybersecurity projects, engagements and for the progression and fulfilment of those services.

The role will require you to provide hands-on delivery of cyber security solutions, whilst supporting other consultants and assisting in the planning of clients for live CSOC services. You will also be essential in supporting the wider Cyber Security team meet cyber strategies and service offerings defined by our client.

Experience:

• AlienVault Anywhere and/or Azure Sentinel

• Microsoft Office 365 Security

• System logging processes and configuration

• Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)

• TCP/IP, routing, and networking

• Linux System Administration (Basic)

• Syslog Server Administration

• Security Operations

• Windows Administration

• Vulnerability Management

• Cyber Security Awareness

• Experienced in the deployment of SIEM solutions

• Preferred certifications (holding/working towards):

• Azure Security Certified (AZ-500)

• Office 365 Security Certified (MS-500)

• Microsoft Security Operations Certified (SC-200)

• AWS Architect Associate

• This position requires NPPV L3/SC Clearance to be obtained
