Sales Director – UK and Europe

We are working with a leading, UK owned cyber threat intelligence company providing cyber risk ratings. Their risk rating platform is used by organisations concerned about their third-parties to better understand the risk they pose. Our platform offers organisations a place to monitor their third-parties and review their own security posture all backed with actionable threat intelligence. The platform provides access to our threat intelligence as well as our risk-based vulnerability management data.

Sales have doubled year-on-year for the past two years and the business now requires a Sales Director to lead a growing sales team. You will have responsibility for ensuring the team meets their sales target and developing the salespeople within the team.

Responsibilities

• Introducing client services to new clients via presentations and demos

• Producing proposals and RFP’s for prospective clients

• Ensuring effective lead generation via direct sales and by working with marketing

• Ensuring the proposition meets the needs of our target market

• Developing the sales team through effective training, management and hiring

Desired experience

• Experience in B2B sales and leading sales teams

• A network within the cybersecurity industry

• Experience selling a SAAS product is preferred but not essential

• Strong communication skills
