Trident Search have partnered with a global intelligence and cyber security consultancy, that has operated within the cyber security landscape for over 20 years.  The company are seeking to recruit an innovative Sales Engineer for a new and unique role within the company, to be one of the first on the ground as Technical Presales Engineer.  This is a rare opportunity for the successful candidate to move closer towards the delivery function and shape the direction of both the sales team and the company.

The company are offering a hybrid role with offices in London, a base of £75,000 as well as an extremely generous commission and benefits package.



  • An ability to identify potential opportunities for business development and to work alongside the delivery and sales team to define and build RFP’s/POC’s.

  • An ability to work independently on generating technical responses, as well as the ability and experience of working alongside the wider Presales and Sales team throughout the sales lifecycle.

  • An interest in new technologies, trends and cyber security threats.

  • Sound technical security knowledge and experience of network architecture, IT infrastructure, applications, and systems.

  • Proven experience in cyber security penetration testing methodologies, outcomes and impact

  • Experience integrating cybersecurity solutions

  • An understanding and knowledge of the following security frameworks: NIST, CIS, ISO 27001.

  • An understanding of compliance requirements and how these relate to cyber security business practices.
