Trident Search has partnered with a customer-focused, industry-leading UK-based MSSP, seeking to build and drive the direction of the Sales and Sales Engineering Team by recruiting a Senior Sales Engineer.  This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Engineer to manage a team, work closely alongside the Sales division, provide an incredible service to customers, and have exposure to a number of managed security products.  You will be the first on the ground reporting directly to the CTO and will have complete autonomy and direction over your career.  This is an opportunity to work within an experienced and established company to provide excellent service by tailoring specific technical solutions to the requests of their customers.

The company is offering for the base of £90,000, an extremely competitive commission structure of a further 20%, and a hybrid working environment.

What they are looking for

  • A candidate with at least 6 years’ experience within the field..
  • A technology evangelist, promoting the culture, technology, and values of the company.
  • Experience in working with Sales to help shape and qualify client opportunities to drive winning business outcomes for clients.
  • Experience in designing solutions that meet regulatory compliance for architecture as well as delivering measurable client value.
  • An excellent understanding of managed security services, specifically managed detection and response (MDR).
