Are you looking to spearhead a programme focused on continuous improvement within the security and resilience space? Trident Search are working with a well known merchant bank who are looking for a Programme Manager to come in and do just that. They understand how quickly the security landscape can change and want to ensure they stay at the forefront of it.

It will fall to you to lead and define delivery models to increase reliance within the group and increase their in house capacity for long term benefit. You will come in and run with existing and future programmes for change, focused on resilience and cyber. You will have a strong PMO team to support this whilst working with executive stakeholders within the bank.

This role is based in London but can offer a level of remote work.

The Role:

• Define and run with security change programmes

• Be a thought leader within security resilience and change delivery

• Own and drive the multi-year cyber resilience change roadmap

• Take ownership of current and future cyber resilience roadmaps

• Have strong knowledge of change programmes to be able to educate the rest of the business and work with governing bodies for support and oversight

• Secure agreement plans, manage day to day execution and adhering to sponsor’s SLA’s

• Run with and deliver resource and financial planning

• Combine internal recourses to aid with delivery

• Ensure robust delivery models are put in place
