Trident Search have partnered with a high growth Cyber Threat Intelligence vendor with have offices across several locations including UK, US & APAC. Their mission is to protect organizations from external digital risks across the open, deep, and dark web.

We are looking for an experienced Channel leader to grow our customers partner ecosystem for both channel and MSSP in EMEA and APAC. In this role, the person will help create and drive channel and MSSP strategy across both regions, expand our existing partnerships, recruit, and enable new partners, and manage the CAM’s. The most successful candidate will be metrics driven, creative and articulate. This position will report into the CRO.


Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and execute an EMEA and APAC partner strategy that incorporates a comprehensive recruit, enablement, and marketing plan against new and existing partners

  • Lead and coach the EMEA channel team in driving a successful strategy and GTM model that supports aggressively growing market share in the specified regions.

  • Recruit, hire and manage the EMEA and APAC channel team when needed

  • Create business plans with partners with timelines, success metrics and planned activities to achieve goals (quota and KSO’s)

  • Work with sales, marketing and other internal teams to drive channel and MSSP business forward

  • Focus on developing MSSP partnerships in collaboration with the field sales team

  • Communicate metrics and results to leadership

  • Meet or exceeds quarterly and annual sales quota

The person we are looking for

  • 10+ years of channel / MSSP leadership experience in Cyber Security

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas

  • Demonstrated understanding of EMEA and APAC partner landscape

  • Experience working with Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
