We are currently looking for a talented and motivated Solution Architect to join the team and help develop innovative solutions to address unique challenges. As a Solution Architect, you will collaborate closely with public sector clients and project teams to design, develop, and implement solutions tailored to specialised requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project scopes and objectives with relevant stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility
- Facilitate workshops and meetings such as risk analysis, technical design workshops, and requirements elicitation
- Design and plan the entire lifecycle approach for complex projects and programmes
- Train and advise clients on Solutions Architecture best practices
- Coordinate internal technical resources and third parties/vendors for effective project delivery, ensuring delivery assurance and integration within scope and budget
- Deliver and manage high-quality Solution Architecture documentation
- Prepare and present presentations and reports to senior management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Analyse, manage, and mitigate risks to reduce project impact
- Build and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Review comprehensive project documentation
- Provide expert input to bids and proposals, helping to grow the business
- Offer technical leadership and guidance, sharing knowledge and experience
- Degree level education or significant relevant experience
- Experience as an engineer within IT, infrastructure, networking, systems, or a related field
- Ability to manage complexity and deliver high-quality work
- Experience in consultancy, systems integration, or public sector organisations delivering complex products and services
- Experience in delivering projects to defence, public sector, national security, or law enforcement organisations is desirable
- Good understanding of common tools, standards, and methodologies for delivering systems and solutions, including modern deployment models (e.g., CI/CD, agile development)
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Outstanding organisational skills, attention to detail, and multi-tasking ability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
