Sales Director
East Coast, Remote
Series B Cyber Security client
$350,000 - $400,000 OTE, $175,000 - $200,000 Base salary.
New Sales Director role with one of the industries most recognised offensive and defensive security specialists.
My client are a Series B, fast growth, cyber vendor.
This is a very exciting time to join and run the East Coast sales team.
You will make a massive impact in revenue generation and join a successful startup with a well-recognised and respected brand name in cyber security.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Manage a team of 6x Account Executives - East Coast based.
- Identify opportunities, design and execute effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue and optimise sales tactics.
- Close key partnerships and strategic deals.
My client have a proven and successful product, they have established market presence, as well as a clear path to profitability.
Now the focus is on driving more revenue, scaling operations and expanding market reach and this new Sales Director hire will be instrumental in making that happen.
Requirements:
- Cyber Start-up, preferably Series A experience essential.
- At least 8+ years in cyber security sales - SAAS / Cyber platforms.
- Solid tenure needed - my client are focusing a lot on good periods of success in previous positions.
- Hands on revenue producing leader
- Success in a circa -200 employees company before.
- 5+ years in sales leadership
- Success in Enterprise and Commercial sales.
- Clear successful background in progression - coming from an AE background and progressing to SD level.
- Have examples of +$100k Average deal value.
- Be passionate about making a difference in Cyber and helping organisations improve on cyber.
