About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our client who are well recognised in the MXDR space. As a key member of our sales organisation, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our Managed Extended Detection and Response (MXDR) services within the UK market. You will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry influencers.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the UK market, targeting key accounts and driving revenue growth
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the UK market, focusing on mid-market to enterprise-level organisations
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team within the UK, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure success
- Develop and deliver sales enablement materials, training programs, and tools to equip the sales team with the knowledge and resources needed to succeed
- Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and effective pipeline management processes
- Foster strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and driving customer renewals and upsells
- Proven track record in sales leadership within the cybersecurity or IT services industry, with a focus on MXDR or similar security solutions
- Deep understanding of the UK cybersecurity market, including trends, regulations, and key players
- Excellent sales skills, including prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing deals
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and technologies, particularly related to MXDR and extended detection and response capabilities
