What You’ll Be Doing:
- Strategy & Leadership: Partner with the executive team to develop and implement a marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and helps shape its brand in the market.
- Content & Communications: Oversee content strategy and creation across all channels, ensuring the messaging is cohesive, compelling, and impactful. Manage communications both internally and externally, including media and analysts.
- Pipeline & Performance: Own the strategy for generating leads and hitting quarterly targets. You’ll develop a plan that keeps the sales funnel full and fuels company growth.
- Team Building: Grow and mentor a high-performing marketing team. You’ll set the tone and lead by example, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
- Events & Engagement: Lead the planning and execution of in-person and virtual events that drive engagement and position the company as a thought leader.
- SEO & Analytics: Drive the SEO strategy and leverage analytics to continuously improve marketing performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring resources are used strategically to maximize ROI.
- You’ve got at least 10 years of experience in marketing, ideally within enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity. You’re not just good at what you do—you’re the best at understanding complex B2B dynamics and crafting strategies that resonate.
- You’re hands-on, organized, and detail-oriented. You know how to juggle competing priorities and make things happen, even when the path isn’t clear.
- Strong communicator with a knack for building relationships. You’re a natural collaborator who’s comfortable working across teams and levels of leadership.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment, love a challenge, and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and figure things out.
