Head of Marketing

Trident Search are partnered with a rapidly growing cyber security startup specialising in Attack Surface Management. Their innovative platform is used by Fortune 500 companies and other large enterprises worldwide. We're seeking a highly motivated Head of Marketing to build and lead their global marketing function.

The Role:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals
• Strengthen our customers brand as a leading cybersecurity organisation
• Collaborate with sales and commercial teams to design and execute marketing activities
• Oversee all marketing activities, including demand generation, brand management, content creation, product marketing, and partnership marketing
• Build and lead a world-class marketing team

The Person:

• 5+ years of B2B/enterprise tech marketing experience in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the cybersecurity industry, specifically with product marketing or security consultancy marketing
• Proven track record of targeting senior stakeholders (CXO) in regional and global enterprise organisations
• Understanding of the difference between delivering outcomes and selling features
• Experience building and executing global marketing strategies
• Ability to work independently and drive results in a startup environment
• Understanding of the marketing activities needed to support direct sales and partner/channel sales
• Experience building and leading high-performing marketing teams
• Ability to lead and execute marketing initiatives effectively
