Head of Engineering

Trident Search have partnered with a cyber security start up focussed in data privacy, with additional funding they are now in a position to bring on a hands on Head of Engineering to manage the Software/Data team. There is a real opportunity for candidates to find themselves in a CTO position once proven within the business.

Responsibilities:

• Build and lead an exceptional engineering team
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of our product roadmap
• Work closely with founders and the product team to define our vision
• Enable your team to produce their most creative and innovative work
• Develop secure, compliant, and high-quality software
• Align engineering objectives with key business goals
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand company-wide needs

Qualifications:

• Proven experience leading software teams in a fast-paced startup environment
• Successful track record of scaling SaaS products to a large user base
• Extensive expertise in C# .NET and AWS
• Proficient in JavaScript frameworks, especially Angular
• Skilled in Agile project management
• Driven by challenges and eager to learn and grow
