Head of Growth Marketing

Trident Search are partnered with a well-recognised name within Cyber Threat Intelligence. We have an opportunity within this scale-up vendor to join as Head of Growth Marketing. 

The Role:

• Drive qualified leads to the sales team through outbound efforts, SDRs, events, and ABM
• Boost traffic to the website via SEM, paid acquisition, SEO, social media, referrals, and other inbound channels
• Nurture leads and users throughout the funnel to enhance lead quality, drive upgrades, expand revenue, and improve retention
• Collaborate with GTMOps to manage tools and analytics for full-funnel growth optimisation
• Build and manage the demand generation team, overseeing demand generation, inbound marketing, and lifecycle functions
• Work closely with Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Sales, and Product teams
• Strategically allocate the marketing budget to maximise ROI

The Person:

• 10+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 5 years in a similar B2B SaaS role
• Proven track record of scaling demand generation in early to mid-stage startups
• Passion for and deep understanding of the B2B SaaS cybersecurity landscape
• Experience managing marketing program budgets, forecasting, and team hiring
• Proficiency in digital marketing channels and tools (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing)
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret data for growth
• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing high-performing teams
• Collaborative communication and ability to influence key stakeholders
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
